Use this page when setup or analysis behavior does not look right.
Connection and Data Issues
I connected a source, but results look incomplete
Check:
- Correct organization is selected
- Prompt includes explicit timeframe
- Data source still appears connected
- First validation questions return expected table/tab/date coverage
Snowflake connection keeps failing
Check account format, credentials, warehouse state, and schema values with your internal admin.
Google Sheets cannot connect
Verify the sheet is shared with the service account email shown in onboarding and that the URL is correct.
File upload did not connect
Confirm the file type is supported and file size stays within the limit shown in the upload flow.
Response Quality Issues
Answers are too broad
Add:
- Specific line/area/plant
- Exact dates or range
- Required output format (trend/rank/compare)
Results seem off from expected KPIs
Ask a control question for known numbers (for example yesterday's total output) and compare against your trusted source.
If mismatched, re-check connection setup and naming conventions in AI Context.
Collaboration and Sharing Issues
Team cannot find shared work
Use Team Spaces consistently and keep space names standardized.
Recipients not getting scheduled report content they need
Review report question clarity, cadence, and recipient list. Add/update stakeholders in People if necessary.
AI Context Questions
What belongs in AI Context?
Add durable business definitions and terminology. Avoid temporary updates that change hourly.
Can I include files or voice notes?
Yes. AI Context supports text plus uploaded content, and voice notes can be transcribed into usable context.
When to Contact Support
Contact support when:
- A connection repeatedly fails after credential checks
- Access or invite behavior is inconsistent
- Scheduled report behavior appears unreliable over multiple runs
